Delivery Terms

Delivery is subject to the following terms and conditions: Delivery dates will be communicated no later than two days prior to delivery. Delivery in Gauteng will be made on the communicated day, and clients will be alerted of imminent delivery 30 minutes in advance. Delivery outside of Gauteng will be sent via courier. Clients will be notified when the item is shipped, and a parcel tracking number will be made available, where possible. Couriers are instructed to contact clients prior to delivery to confirm availability. Studio Delta will not be liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to a client’s unavailability. Should a client wish to have an item delivered at a specific time during the day of delivery, this must be indicated well in advance, and requests of this nature may be subject to additional charges.
