Studio Delta Warranty

Our furniture is made using A-grade steel, solid timber, SANS-approved toughened glass and high-quality coatings.

All our products carry a limited warranty on material and manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

Per our Return Policy, we will either replace or fully reimburse clients for faulty goods.

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

– Natural changes in colouration or fine hairline cracks that may develop in the timber naturally over time.

– Splitting, cracking or warping of the timber caused by lack of maintenance.

– Damage caused by misuse or any modifications made to the product after purchase.

– Damage caused to coatings due to misuse or the use of chemical cleaners or items with acidic properties. (Refer to our FAQ on how to clean and maintain powder coated steel).

– Custom finishes that fall outside of our standard material library.
